Decent. You put a bowl together. Start with your base of either sushi rice, brown rice, salad then you get a choice of spicy crab meat or plain. Then you pick your fishes for your custom poke.(3 or 4 depending on size of bowl) Add toppings and that's that.

The food is amazing. You get a lot for what you pay for. I usually get the medium bowl which comes with three seafood options. My favorites are salmon, ahi, and octopus. All are fresh and very tender. It's one of my favorite places to go for lunch.

Good for the price, and I appreciate how they don't charge extra for avocado (I hope they keep it that way). Always had the salad, but it's interesting how they have nacho poke. I hope they have more toppings in the future, but what they have now is still pretty good.
